Refresh Life is a non-profit organization created to equip, train and encourage young Christian women. While the main focus of Refresh Life has been the production of www.refreshlife.org as a web based resource center, the focus is now expanding into providing training seminars to equip young women. It is Refresh Life's desire to produce material based solely on the word of God and geared specifically for young women; and to spread that material through all forms of media.

Refresh Life is overseen by a board of strong and Godly directors, each of whom share a burden to see young women built up in the Lord. It is the desire of the board and the president to see the ministry of Refresh Life grow according to the Lord's will, serving God's daughters God's way.
