Refresh Life’s purpose is to minister to the needs of Christian young women, to provide a website as an additional place where they can refresh themselves in the love of God, so that they might daily live in his love, bringing glory to the Father. It is the goal of our ministy to equip, train and encourage young women in the Word of God in all areas of their lives
